First and last time I’m ever buying from Vinted. When I received my package, several items were missing, even though the seller had confirmed beforehand that everything was included. I reported the issue and provided clear screenshots and videos showing both the conversation and me opening the package. Despite this, Vinted still sided with the seller. Their entire support system seems to be run by bots, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
