Received:
❌ Wrong model & weaker specs
❌ Older than stated
❌ Visibly damaged, poor performance
Opened dispute. Seller sent mocking 😂 emojis instead of proper response, but accepted return.
RETURNED LAPTOP:
✅ In THEIR original packaging (as received)
✅ Extra protected & better packed (sturdy box, taped)
✅ On time, per rules
BUT VINTED:
🚨 Closed case IN SELLER'S FAVOR
🚨 Claims I returned "damaged" laptop
🚨 NO photos/evidence provided
🚨 Chat closed, can't contact seller anymore
ELECTRONICS VERIFICATION? ❌ Not available for laptops (only phones/tablets).
Bank said "can't help". Contacted ECC.
