The current exchange rate indicates that £30 should be around €34, but I only received €20.24, which means €13.76 was deducted without any explanation. I was not informed about these deductions prior to making the withdrawal, resulting in a staggering 40.47% cut from the total amount, which is simply unacceptable. Other platforms clearly communicate their policies regarding withdrawals, unlike this one. In most cases, such significant deductions do not occur, so this experience has left me frustrated.
