It’s alright and it’s nice to find 2nd hand items for good prices, but the issue I’ve been having has not been addressed by the customer service. One agent in particular by the name of Zidiria has been giving me a hard time. After 3 orders in a row having been immediately returned to sender on the same day as delivery, despite me using the DPD Flexbox address provided by the Vinted system, they won’t escalate or open an investigation. This is clearly an issue that I had requested to get looked into but the agent only repeated a generic response of “you didn’t pick the parcel up on time”. But how can I be late when the same day it “delivers” it gets returned to center for 3 separate orders? At this point, if the collection point cannot be used, Vinted should launch an investigation and/or remove this location as a shipping option. It’s especially difficult when sellers only allow DPD as a delivery service. I understand Vinted does not have control over delivery, but it affects Vinted when a courier service they support is not doing their job, but then to blame the customer when tracking shows it is not the customers fault. I had already placed the 3 separate orders before even realizing this address and delivery service would be an issue. Again, on the day of delivery to a 24/7 flexbox, the delivery driver marks the parcel as undeliverable and immediately begins a return to the seller. That’s suspicious activity that should at least spark an investigation. Same delivery company, same address 3x. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I have not received a response from this Vinted agent.
