The seller could not prove authenticity — in fact, she repeatedly lied and provided inconsistent documents. Still, the platform refused to take responsibility. They insisted I cover the return costs myself despite paying for their so-called “buyer protection.” Customer service sent generic responses, ignored key facts, and eventually closed the case without resolution. I will be reporting this to consumer protection authorities. Buyers, be wary — their protection policy fails when it truly matters.
