Everyone is chasing the lowest prices, making it hard to sell items for their true value. Numerous users exaggerate in their product descriptions, but the platform seems indifferent. Counterfeit goods are also prevalent.

When you report these issues, they respond with automated messages stating that after careful review, they have decided that counterfeit items are authentic. It's appalling; they clearly prioritize their fees over user satisfaction, providing no real protection for users. This is a prime example of a greedy business model.
Update: The issue has been resolved. I finally received my money today. However, I am extremely disappointed with the platform. I requested a payout to my bank account on August 1st, and over three weeks later, the funds still hadn't arrived. I reported the problem to customer support a long time ago, but received no meaningful assistance or explanation. This is completely unacceptable; it is my money, and the platform has failed to transfer it in a timely manner.

It took them five days to respond, stating they care about the authenticity of sellers' images, which they claimed I violated, and there’s no option for further appeal. Absolutely absurd.

If you inform them that your listing complies with their regulations (with detailed reasoning and references to their so-called 'catalogue rules'), they ignore everything and simply lie, stating it doesn’t comply while refusing to clarify further. An ineffective service run by rude and uninformed individuals.
