Don't attempt to sell anything of value on the platform. I sold a jacket, but the parcel was lost. When I contacted customer support, they asked me to wait for 25 days. After that period, they simply closed my case, stating they couldn't locate the parcel. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but they ignored me. They refunded the buyer but made no effort to compensate me or find my parcel. Very unfriendly and unhelpful customer service.
