Following the support team's advice, I returned the item to the seller via registered mail, costing nearly half of the item's price, only for the support team to later inform me, despite my proof of delivery, that they do not recognize it and believe the item is still on its way. Customer support is utterly disappointing. Whenever I present them with something they struggle to address, they either stop replying or provide automated responses and end the chat.
