What are you doing?! It honestly feels like they didn’t read a single message — just throwing random templates at me to make me go away. This experience didn’t just make me want to leave — it made me want to slam the door so hard the walls would shake. I’ve never faced a service that managed to push me to this level of anger. My personal experience is an emotional disaster: a mix of frustration, helplessness, and a strong desire to never engage with them again. If there were a competition for ‘how to infuriate a user in record time,’ they would be the undefeated champion.
