The worst experience. Delivery was supposed to be 100 meters from house. Instead they changed the delivery address to a place extremely far away. I have lost 45 minutes as a result. This is not the first time. There are at least 5 other locations near me, so there is no excuse. I don’t want to hear anything about places being unavailable, some of the other locations do not have lockers and can receive a huge amount of packages. The truth is the delivery messengers don’t care. I will never use this service if I can help it, again! THE WORST
