In Normal Times of years ( except Xmas) works pretty fast. And the idea of it is great and super convenient.
My only problem is that very often my package is not taken where I ask it to but way out of my way. There should be a system where I could choose like 2 alternative locations.
Firstly for the App, its useful for sellers and buyers but of course, there are always some negative things to improve; - changing the pick-up point without asking for the permission or our agreement. Sometimes the new place that they have changed is duper super far. Doesn't make sense at all.- Shipment takes the longest ever and the parcel lost often.Best regards

The worst experience. Delivery was supposed to be 100 meters from house. Instead they changed the delivery address to a place extremely far away. I have lost 45 minutes as a result. This is not the first time. There are at least 5 other locations near me, so there is no excuse. I don’t want to hear anything about places being unavailable, some of the other locations do not have lockers and can receive a huge amount of packages. The truth is the delivery messengers don’t care. I will never use this service if I can help it, again! THE WORST
I am very happy so far with all the purchases made through Vinted. I only would like to have an option if i get in touch with the owner, to be able to extend the stay of an order in Locker with a day or two, as sometimes you might want to order something as to catch the good offer, but at the same time you might be out of town either on a business travel or just vacation with family and tou cant pick up the item in the time frame of 5, 7 or 8 days.
I have mixed feelings about Vinted. While the platform itself is convenient, there are some serious issues that I think need improvement, especially for sellers.First of all, the delivery and pickup process takes far too long. I sent a pair of shoes in January, and they only arrived recently. I understand that international shipping can take time, and that’s not the main issue. The problem is that once the package arrives, the buyer still has seven days to pick it up. During that entire time, the seller has to wait to receive their money. Seven days is excessive. In my opinion, one to two days should be more than enough to collect a package.Secondly, sellers are not always sufficiently protected. Unfortunately, not everyone is trustworthy. I recently sent brand-new shoes, in perfect condition. After some time, the buyer sent photos claiming the shoes were damaged everywhere, which was simply not true. While I had clear photos proving the condition before shipping, it’s still worrying how easily buyers can make claims after receiving an item. People can damage an item themselves and then say it arrived that way.Met vriendelijke groeten,Vinted should be much stricter when handling these situations and look more critically at claims. Sellers risk losing both their items and their money, which is unfair. The platform needs to offer stronger protection for sellers, not just buyers.Overall, Vinted has potential, but the long waiting times and lack of seller protection make the experience frustrating at times. I really hope Vinted takes these concerns seriously and improves their policies.
