I wish there was zero star for this company especially for HENRY who calls himself a manager. Shocking customer service and zero accountabilityThis company supplied a kiosk display that was clearly bent the wrong way due to incorrect manufacturing. The defect was present from the start.Instead of taking responsibility, Henry from the complaints department was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hid behind “company policy.” Calls and emails were ignored once it became clear that they would have to accept fault. This behaviour reflects poor leadership, poor training, and a culture of avoiding responsibility.Blaming the customer for a manufacturing defect and refusing to correct it shows complete disregard for basic customer service standards. If this is how they handle problems, I seriously question their quality control and management integrity.I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. Once something goes wrong, you are on your own. Not recommended at all.
