Website confirmed delivery for Friday, staff made me pay almost £30 extra to have it delivered on Saturday because the website was incorrect and the order was expected to be delivered on Monday. Really bad customer service. Will never use this company again. The banner was poor quality in the end.

3 times my shop sign arrived damaged. When I requested a refund I was told I had to return all 3 signs AT MY EXPENSE to be able to get a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY shocking customer service.

Disappointing experience with the service

This service is incredibly frustrating. They deliver poor-quality work and refuse to consider any requests for replacements. My problem might have been related to packaging or the delivery service, but they showed no interest in investigating. I'm left with significant damage on a foam board sign.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought vinyl for a van for a business I am starting. They all turned up completely the wrong size & in the wrong colours! Myself & my partner spoke to them multiple times on the phone & via email requesting that they replace the items & send the correct sizes & colours. They outright refused to even exchange them (which is law under the consumers act) & when we then said we’d send them back for a full refund, they also refused (which again, is law under the consumers act). This was not a cheap purchase, especially for someone trying to start a business & it is utterly unacceptable for them to not replace the items or provide a full refund. They were very rude to my partner on the phone too. I am now massively out of pocket & do not have the correct goods I requested & paid for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Bad Experience

I have ordered from this company, from the beghining to the end i only had problems , design issues, request refund several times, keep finding reasons, after i agree they deliver the order, and the 1 way view stickers are coming off from the window , i reported teh issue, they told me 24h they pass and they cannot do anything, no resolution no advice on how to sort the adesive issue

I wish there was zero star for this company especially for HENRY who calls himself a manager. Shocking customer service and zero accountabilityThis company supplied a kiosk display that was clearly bent the wrong way due to incorrect manufacturing. The defect was present from the start.Instead of taking responsibility, Henry from the complaints department was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hid behind “company policy.” Calls and emails were ignored once it became clear that they would have to accept fault. This behaviour reflects poor leadership, poor training, and a culture of avoiding responsibility.Blaming the customer for a manufacturing defect and refusing to correct it shows complete disregard for basic customer service standards. If this is how they handle problems, I seriously question their quality control and management integrity.I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. Once something goes wrong, you are on your own. Not recommended at all.

Worst customer service of the year! DO NOT USEFirstly I paid for express postage, this was not provided and my complaint went unanswered.Secondly, sadly one of my banners arrived damaged. I emailed and sent clear photographic evidence of the damage. This complaint also went unanswered.When I chased this up 2 weeks later, receipt of my emails was entirely denied INSPITE OF ME SENDING SCREENSHOTS AND FORWARDING THE ORIGIONAL EMAILS!I was also told that my close up high definition photos were not good enough and that I needed to stand at least 2 meters away. It was just nonsense.But here is the kicker... When I said I was going to leave an honest review about my disappointment... I was threatened with legal action!Do not use this disgrace of a company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I wish I could leave no stars but thats not an option. Ordered a banner, it arrived on 1st December. Within 2 days it had torn, the eyelets ripped right out of the banner. I contacted the company and was told the 24 hour complaints policy had past so im not entitled to a replacement or refund. Was told this has never happened before so I must have used excessive force to tear the banner myself. I was however offered a discount to purchase another banner. Im kicking myself for not looking at these reviews before purchasing from this company!

Banners that break before use!

Ordered a banner on 15/11/25, received and everything looked basic but ok UNTIL we went to put it up and the eyelet ripped immediately making the banner unusable. Contacted the company asking for a refund or replacement, sending them a photo of the damage to be told we caused the damage! We never even got the banner up. Terrible product & customer service. Wished I’d read there reviews before ordering
