Where to start, okay product I purchased, they were okay but not anything to sing and dance about even simply text was blured, but that's not the reason for my review, its the customer service after what a waste of time they are..My products came I ordered 3 signs, these came in packaging that was 2 very thin prices of foam taped together with the signs also with tape on them, not a great start.I toke delivery of the items as I was very busy at the time, and told the driver to mark it as unchecked, about 10 minutes later I checked the items and noticed that one corner was damaged, this is where the fun starts.I sent the email to the complaints deportment, and they came back with you should have not accepted the delivery if it was damaged, they did offer to replace it but I would have to send the item back at my expense.Why would I send a damaged item back at my expense and be out of pocket because they did not protect the item in the first place, its a shame that companies like this have such poor understanding of customers needs and support.
