SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I booked a reservation through VIO on Friday March 5th 2026 for Springhill Suites Navarre Florida. VIO charged my credit card $425.04–They never made the reservation. I ended up having to make a reservation myself to make sure I had a room. I had to pay another $850 to the hotel directly. I kept sending messages to VIO and they said the hotel lost the reservation and then wrote me back saying they had a confirmation number—guess what—it was a confirmation number for the reservation I made myself—I told them that and they said they would investigate further—It’s Monday March 9 2026
and I never heard back from them. SCAM SCAM —on Tuesday March 10th they did credit my card for the charge.
