We booked through Vio because they offered better pricing then competing sites. I was able to freeze a deal that I found and purchase it at a later date. I liked that I didn't have to provide any payment when freezing the deal. When I encountered issues outside of the company's or my control, Vio's customer representatives
Jhoanna, Juan and Lara were very quick to assist. The responses were quick and they were able to resolve the issue at hand in a shorter time span than anticipated. I highly recommend using the site and will use it again. Thank you!

Be careful when using this site and make sure your information is secure. There is no reason for a rep from this company to call a hotel to verify if a customer has checked in yet or not, or ask for other information. That is very unusual behavior. OTA'S do not normally call before a guest checks in to see if they have arrived yet. They should not be calling your hotel unless there is a problem with billing. A hotel is not allowed to share that information over the phone, even with an OTA. So either the company is shady to start, or your information isn't secure. As a front desk worker at a hotel, I should not be receiving calls from someone saying they are from this OTA. I have no clue if I was talking to a VIO rep, or someone pretending to be one. But either way, this means your privacy and information are not secure or confidential. Federal laws and court decisions ban hotels from confirming if a guest has arrived, what room they are in, or any information about that guest. An OTA should know that and act accordingly. Booking directly with a hotel is always the safest, most secure, and flexible in case of modifications.

Vio agent Micaela was able to negotiate with the hotel and got me a full refund quickly. Exceptional Support During a Difficult Situation

I made a non-refundable hotel reservation through the platform, but unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to illness. I spoke with a representative who was incredibly polite and reassuring. She assured me that she would do everything possible to assist and quickly initiated a refund request on my behalf. She personally reached out to the hotel, and even though they initially refused, she continued to follow up. Thanks to her determination, she managed to secure a 70% refund, which I honestly did not expect. I genuinely appreciate the customer service provided by the platform, and especially the representative for going above and beyond to ensure outstanding customer care.
