I’ve had the A229 Pro since November 2024 and it’s been a great product so far. Only until recently it was having issues of shutting down and turning back on constantly. So I reached out to VIOFO support team, and Annie assisted me with everything. Fortunately they are able to ship me out a replacement through the warranty. The customer service from Annie was great and I’m happy that my issue is getting fixed. Thank you!
