Viofo helped get my camera up and running after an issue arised with a third party SD card and faulty GPS. Quick, painless, and at zero cost to myself they sent out a new SD card and GPS module that fixed both my problems. Very happy with the level of customer support provided by Viofo.
As a first-time user of dashcams, I was truly impressed by the value these devices offer. They performed exactly as promised and operated flawlessly under the harsh sun for 11 months. After my vehicle was taken to a shop for window tinting, the rear camera was removed for access. When I attempted to reconnect it, it wouldn't link with the main unit, and despite my efforts, I thought I was out of luck. However, the support team was quick to assist and, after I provided a few photos to check for any damage, they informed me that they would send a replacement unit under warranty, all within 5 days of my initial message. Fantastic customer service and outstanding devices; I will definitely recommend this brand to anyone in the market for a dashcam.
