I placed an order on November 21st and it still hasn’t arrived here as of December 17th, which is crazy. The tracking info says there was an attempted delivery on December 4th, but I was home and received no phone call, ring or message in my mailbox about it. When I reached out to customer service, what seemed like Chat GPT sent me a message thanking me for my patience and giving me the same tracking link. I am in Paris, so you would think a brand that markets itself as being so French would have chosen a good delivery service for its European customers. I’ve always loved watching Violette’s videos and this is my first time ordering from / buying from the company and I just feel so disappointed…
