Extremely disappointing experience with this service. It appears they accept orders without having the items in stock. I placed an order on January 2nd, and the confirmation stated it would arrive between January 7th and 16th, which was already a lengthy wait. I called on the 13th to inquire about my order, only to be informed that they didn’t have the stock and were unsure when it would be available. The representative even suggested I cancel my order and shop elsewhere! I would never choose this service again. BUYERS BEWARE!
