The team is excellent, I need it an order (subscription) faster as my the food for my cats was running out a bit faster than expected. The team arranged really fast my delivery for a earlier date. Quality of the products is always top and the price is very good.
I have used Violet for many years the fast and free delivery is great and the prices are the best on the net they are great on prescriptions are so easy to get your pets meds my old dog had his heart meds from Violet they were a Lot cheaper than my vet by a serious margin!
Whether it’s prescription or non description Viovet is always reliable and cost effective. If your vet’s costs have sky rocketed then have no fear about using Viovet . I am not a technology lover but it’s so easy to scan a prescription.

This company has completely failed to deliver a product I paid for, and when contacted, they’ve done nothing but roll out excuse after excuse instead of taking responsibility. No accountability, no urgency, no solutions — just a constant stream of blame-shifting and empty explanations.
What makes it worse is that i was left to do all the work. I had to chase the courier, investigate the tracking, make calls, and take time off work to try and locate a parcel that they were responsible for delivering. The company simply sat back and allowed myself to deal with the mess they created.
This is not customer service — it’s negligence and incompetence. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not use this company. They take payment quickly, but once there’s a problem, you’re completely on your own.

I have taken time off work and visited the Plymouth Royal Mail post office this afternoon. Your Royal Mail account manager could have saved me considerable time and lost wages if they had contacted the post office and investigated my missing parcel.
I would like to share my observations from this visit. The post office was very helpful and after providing my details, name address and postcode, it conducted a search on its system and found no parcel linked to my address. I would like to inquire whether this is an error on your end. It appears that the tracking number provided is linked to someone else’s address.
I urge your post office accounts manager to investigate this matter promptly and I again
Quick delivery which was great although when delivered couldn't see medicine for dog in parcel. After a long and lengthy time on phone finally got through to assistant who.said where the medication was sellotaped. Underneath kibble sack at the top.why is this not told when ordering on.line .cost of living is high enough without having to ring lengthy phone calls
I've been ordering various things for years from your company very happy my only downside is the DPD delivery I have it delivered as I have spine issues but this time the driver took it to the post office I had to get that home by foot as I don't drive

Extremely disappointing experience with this service. It appears they accept orders without having the items in stock. I placed an order on January 2nd, and the confirmation stated it would arrive between January 7th and 16th, which was already a lengthy wait. I called on the 13th to inquire about my order, only to be informed that they didn’t have the stock and were unsure when it would be available. The representative even suggested I cancel my order and shop elsewhere! I would never choose this service again. BUYERS BEWARE!
