Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs.
This company has completely failed to deliver a product I paid for, and when contacted, they’ve done nothing but roll out excuse after excuse instead of taking responsibility. No accountability, no urgency, no solutions — just a constant stream of blame-shifting and empty explanations.
What makes it worse is that i was left to do all the work. I had to chase the courier, investigate the tracking, make calls, and take time off work to try and locate a parcel that they were responsible for delivering. The company simply sat back and allowed myself to deal with the mess they created.
This is not customer service — it’s negligence and incompetence. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not use this company. They take payment quickly, but once there’s a problem, you’re completely on your own.
Unprofessional. Unreliable. Unacceptable.
I have taken time off work and visited the Plymouth Royal Mail post office this afternoon. Your Royal Mail account manager could have saved me considerable time and lost wages if they had contacted the post office and investigated my missing parcel.
I would like to share my observations from this visit. The post office was very helpful and after providing my details, name address and postcode, it conducted a search on its system and found no parcel linked to my address. I would like to inquire whether this is an error on your end. It appears that the tracking number provided is linked to someone else’s address.
I urge your post office accounts manager to investigate this matter promptly and I again
