Regrettably, my experience post-booking has been quite frustrating due to the rental service associated with the platform. A security deposit of 15,900 MAD was taken, the vehicle was returned on schedule and in perfect condition, and I was assured that the deposit would be refunded within 30 days. Now, over two months have passed, and I still haven't received the deposit back, despite numerous inquiries with the rental service. I reached out to the support team, and while they replied quickly, no tangible solution has emerged yet, and it’s been over a week without any updates or resolution. Although the problem lies with the rental service, it is ultimately the platform’s duty to thoroughly vet the reliability and practices of the partners it endorses. Customers rely on the platform to ensure trustworthy options. I hope this matter gets resolved soon, but until then, this experience has seriously shaken my confidence in the platform's partner choices.
