I filed an official complaint regarding this deceptive service and provided evidence, but they showed little concern. They failed to support me during a stressful situation with the fraudulent car rental and completely disregarded my alerts. Now, they are attempting to close my complaint ticket despite the issue remaining unresolved, as the rental service still has 900 euros blocked on my credit card and may misuse that amount. Furthermore, the company continues to work with this fraudulent service, leaving us vulnerable to such scams with no effective measures taken to address them. Be aware that if issues arise, their assistance is severely lacking.
