We ordered doors for delivery, which was supposed to happen 2-3 weeks ago, but we were waiting for a delivery slot. After finally receiving a slot last week, the estimated delivery time kept changing and ultimately did not happen. We were rescheduled for the following week, but again, the delivery did not occur despite tracking showing it was nearby all night. I couldn't reach anyone in the evening and was told the delivery would be rescheduled again. There seems to be no complaints department or way to get a refund. This is the worst service I've ever encountered, and I feel deceived.
