There is no way to contact them. The website leads to an under-construction page. I was told delivery would be on Monday, but that isn't helpful for us, and there's no means to inform them. I got a phone number from another source, but no one answered until Monday. This situation is very stressful and unfair. I hold them and the seller responsible for not allowing adequate time for resolution. Who schedules a delivery without a way to adjust the date? I feel that a rating of 1 out of 5 is generous considering my frustrating experience and the potential issues on Monday.
We ordered doors for delivery, which was supposed to happen 2-3 weeks ago, but we were waiting for a delivery slot. After finally receiving a slot last week, the estimated delivery time kept changing and ultimately did not happen. We were rescheduled for the following week, but again, the delivery did not occur despite tracking showing it was nearby all night. I couldn't reach anyone in the evening and was told the delivery would be rescheduled again. There seems to be no complaints department or way to get a refund. This is the worst service I've ever encountered, and I feel deceived.
An utterly frustrating experience. The driver arrived while I was out and promised to return later, but never did. After several calls, I was told to rearrange the delivery, but they failed to call back as promised. Instead, I received an email demanding extra payment for a reattempt. I requested a refund, which took three days to respond, and now they say it will take two weeks, deducting the delivery fee from my refund. This has been a huge waste of time and money.
I would rate this service zero stars if possible. There was significant damage to my delivery, yet it was still handed over to me. The delivery person fraudulently signed for me. Now I understand why I wasn't contacted beforehand. The panels were broken and damaged. It's unacceptable.
