Dreadful company. Nobody answers the phone. If you select a callback nobody bothers to call you! We missed delivery of an item BUT the driver didn't leave a calling card and didn't bother to call saying he was at the house. We were 2 minutes away. We had to pay £20 extra to get the item redelivered BUT then we learned WE had to tell them we'd paid! Klarna ( who took payment) doesn't tell VIP Delivered payment's been made.... That's down to the customer. No joined-up relationship between the two companies..... The customer doing all the chasing. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Absolute rubbish.
