I also attempted to call the contact number listed on the website, only to discover it was non-functional. I installed the pad on the wall, but without the necessary adjustments, it’s unsuitable for effective training. This is not the product that was presented in the listing, and the lack of communication only adds to my dissatisfaction. Overall, it has been a very poor experience. I’m also contacting the company regarding the misleading listing.
