Caution with this service!

This service is deceptive. I was redirected from another site and charged for a subscription I never agreed to. I've been stuck in endless back-and-forth communication for 10 months. 1. They only agreed to process my refund after I posted a positive review and provided proof of it. 2. After I shared a negative review detailing their actions, they pressured me to remove it, claiming it hindered my refund and caused more delays. 3. Despite my refusal to take down the review, they insisted they could expedite the process only if I removed it due to a supposed "technical issue". At this point, I don't even want the refund; I just want to warn others to avoid being scammed.
