My name is Ammara Arshi I belong to Pakistan.. one day from my Instagram page i was busy in watching ads of different companies suddenly i click one of the website and purchase a gift card from the site by mistake which i don't knw belongs to this site's membership ... Suddenly my amount is deducted from my debt card more than i expected so i sent an email to the company to remove my card cancellation of membership and refund my fees back thn they told me itx not our policy to refund amount ... Thank uh Elsa one of the company member sent me an email to refund my amount back against her company rules ... So now m pleased to hear about it and much satisfied i ll review it later again after receiving my amount back ... Really thankful to dear Elsa u did it for me
