We hired this wedding photography company for my sister’s wedding. It’s now nearly two years later since the wedding, and we have still not received the final wedding film. This has been extremely disappointing, given the importance of the occasion and the expectations set at the time of booking.We made multiple attempts to contact the company to understand the delay and to resolve the issue privately. These included reasonable requests for updates and opportunities to discuss what had happened. Unfortunately, communication has been very limited, and many messages have gone unanswered.After repeated efforts at private communication did not result in a response, we commented on the company’s social media accounts to seek contact. Following this, comments on their social media appear to be disabled. This limited any further public communication and did not provide a route toward resolution.Our aim throughout was simply to receive the completed wedding film, from a once in a lifetime event. We did not seek public escalation and tried repeatedly to resolve matters directly. As of now we have had no meaningful response or resolution despite completing the full payment. This experience has fallen well below what we expected from a professional service provider.Based on our personal experience, we would encourage others to think carefully before using this service.
