We hired this wedding photography company for my sister’s wedding. It’s now nearly two years later since the wedding, and we have still not received the final wedding film. This has been extremely disappointing, given the importance of the occasion and the expectations set at the time of booking.
We made multiple attempts to contact the company to understand the delay and to resolve the issue privately. These included reasonable requests for updates and opportunities to discuss what had happened. Unfortunately, communication has been very limited, and many messages have gone unanswered.
After repeated efforts at private communication did not result in a response, we commented on the company’s social media accounts to seek contact. Following this, comments on their social media appear to be disabled. This limited any further public communication and did not provide a route toward resolution.
Our aim throughout was simply to receive the completed wedding film, from a once in a lifetime event. We did not seek public escalation and tried repeatedly to resolve matters directly. As of now we have had no meaningful response or resolution despite completing the full payment. This experience has fallen well below what we expected from a professional service provider.
Based on our personal experience, we would encourage others to think carefully before using this service.
We hired for my sisters wedding back in beginning of 2024. We still have not received the wedding video! We have chasing multiple times and not had any luck. We were initially told we would have it completed by 6 months. This is a very unsatisfactory experience given we all wanted to see the wedding video but it has been delayed for an incredibly long time with still no really idea of when it will actually be ready! I would highly recommend avoiding them based on this experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY!!It has been 2YEARS AND COUNTING, and we are still waiting to receive our own wedding videos.After our wedding in Feb 2024, communication was extremely slow. We repeatedly had to chase for updates, as even basic communication was lacking. Eventually, we received a draft and requested a few minor changes, which were agreed to. We then paid the full amount for the services — and after that, everything stopped.NO replies to messages, emails, or calls. We even visited the office several times with no answer. We have been completely ghosted!!This situation has been utterly devastating. I truly feel that Kanon and VIP Media have stolen the most special day of my life — a day I had dreamed of for many years. Our emotions were played with, and it has caused immense distress. During this time, I was also dealing with a serious illness in my family, which Kanon was fully aware of. Despite this, there was still no decency, honesty, or accountability shown.We have been nothing but patient, yet we didn’t even receive one single message to keep us informed. Instead, all communication stopped once the full payment was taken.We have now been forced to serve a final legal notice before court action against this company and its director, Kanon Miah.I sincerely hope no one else ever has to go through this experience. Trusting Kanon was the worst decision we made for our wedding, and his actions are deeply shameful.
Extremely disappointing experience – still no wedding videoWe booked VIP Media for our wedding in February 2024, and nearly two years later we are still waiting for our wedding video.After the wedding, communication quickly became slow and inconsistent. We repeatedly had to chase for updates, as messages often went unanswered. Eventually, we were sent a draft version of the video and requested a small number of minor amendments, which were acknowledged and agreed.We then paid the final outstanding balance, having been told this was required to move the project forward. Unfortunately, from that point onwards, communication stopped entirely. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls — all of which show as delivered and read — we received no response at all. We also attempted to visit the office in person on multiple occasions without success.This situation has been incredibly upsetting. Wedding videos are once-in-a-lifetime memories, and the prolonged delay combined with a complete lack of communication has caused significant stress and disappointment. At the time, the company was also aware that we were dealing with a serious illness in our family, which made the silence even harder to understand.We were patient for many months and simply asked for updates or a realistic timeline, but we were given neither. Ultimately, we have had no option but to take formal legal steps in an attempt to resolve this.Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking. Reliable communication and delivery are essential for something as important as a wedding, and sadly that has not been our experience here.
