Extremely disappointing experience – still no wedding videoWe booked VIP Media for our wedding in February 2024, and nearly two years later we are still waiting for our wedding video.After the wedding, communication quickly became slow and inconsistent. We repeatedly had to chase for updates, as messages often went unanswered. Eventually, we were sent a draft version of the video and requested a small number of minor amendments, which were acknowledged and agreed.We then paid the final outstanding balance, having been told this was required to move the project forward. Unfortunately, from that point onwards, communication stopped entirely. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls — all of which show as delivered and read — we received no response at all. We also attempted to visit the office in person on multiple occasions without success.This situation has been incredibly upsetting. Wedding videos are once-in-a-lifetime memories, and the prolonged delay combined with a complete lack of communication has caused significant stress and disappointment. At the time, the company was also aware that we were dealing with a serious illness in our family, which made the silence even harder to understand.We were patient for many months and simply asked for updates or a realistic timeline, but we were given neither. Ultimately, we have had no option but to take formal legal steps in an attempt to resolve this.Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking. Reliable communication and delivery are essential for something as important as a wedding, and sadly that has not been our experience here.
