The seller never shipped the refrigerator I purchased but charged me $746 for shipping. I noticed the shipping address was incorrect and contacted them immediately. They claimed it was already shipped, advising me to contact the shipper to cancel and promising a refund. After a week, they still hadn’t issued a full refund, keeping $746. To top it off, the fridge was never sent, and they canceled the order, claiming they didn't have it. I feel scammed out of my money and was hung up on when I called.
