Bought a ps5 from them for 340$ after tax and shipping, and it came in 24 hours despite saying it could take 4 days. It came with everything in the box like it was new, a HDMI cord, power cord, for the ps5 and the controller, no visible damage on anything. Everything works, it's exactly as if I bought it brand new. Other people will have different experiences but I think this place would be banned from ebay if they where actually scammers. Probably will never use again, was a gamble to receive such a good product at such a low price as they changed the price to 380$ the very next day.
I am so surprised that walmart.com is still allowing VIP Outlet to sell desktops on their website despite the fact that there are too many bad/negative reviews about VIP Outlet. They never shipped my desktop and after VIP customer service did nothing, I had to follow up with walmart and walmart immediately cancelled my order without my permission. Walmart should look and investigate into VIP Outlet business practices.
When I placed my order on walmart.com, I did not realize that ship and sold by is VIP Outlet. Lesson to learn, just avoid VIP Outlet. Their customer service is either ignorant or don't care. I pity customer service agents working for them.
I ordered a Bose sound bar 550 and instead they sent me a much cheaper Bose soundbar solo 2. They clearly did this intentionally because they never gave me the option to replace it, only to return it. When I returned it they didn’t issue me a refund (it has been 40 days since FedEx said it was delivered back to the seller). Walmart dragged their feet on this as well until I gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card.

The service never shipped the item I ordered but charged me $746 for shipping on an item that was never delivered. I had purchased a refrigerator and quickly realized the shipping address was incorrect, so I reached out to the seller within minutes of placing the order. They told me the item had already shipped and advised me to contact the shipper to cancel the shipping, assuring me they would refund my money and correct the shipping address. Although I placed a new order with the right address, it took a week to process the refund and update the order. Ultimately, they did not provide a full refund and kept $746. To make matters worse, when the refrigerator was supposed to be resent, it was never shipped. After a week, they canceled the order, claiming they never had the fridge. Now, I've lost $746 for an item they didn't even possess. When I called the seller for clarification, they abruptly hung up on me.
The Xbox controller I ordered was supposed to be new but turned out to be used and over a year old. The serial numbers didn’t match, indicating that someone returned their old controller in the new box, and the seller failed to notice. It feels like they are just selling subpar items.

I truly appreciate this platform and have always had positive experiences with my purchases. I don’t understand the negative feedback; I have never faced any issues. The quality of items and the speed of shipping have always met my expectations. I hope to continue enjoying excellent products and service from them.
This seller is terrible. I ordered a monitor that arrived open and damaged. They ignored my attempts to reach out until I contacted the platform. Although I was given a return period, I unfortunately missed it due to being unwell. Now I’m stuck with a broken monitor, and the platform supports this unreliable seller.
I had a terrible experience ordering Samsung speakers, which arrived in poor condition. The soundbar was broken and not even properly packaged. They just tossed everything in a plastic bag. I will never buy from them again and cannot recommend them to others.
I ordered an open-box vacuum that arrived in poor condition, and they refused to provide a return label, forcing me to involve the platform. About 70% of what I receive labeled as 'new' actually seems used, sometimes even dirty. They don’t respond to inquiries. If you buy something heavy, be prepared to arrange your own transport, as they often send the wrong item, making returns difficult. I've received incorrect items so many times that I'm done with this seller. Their low prices often reflect that their items are returns that haven’t been checked.
