I ordered a refurbished 50" TV, when I received I was amazed that it was in a box with barely any packing material inside, it was actually flipping back and forth inside the box when UPS arrived. I opened it and sure enough the 50" TV was heavily damaged screen both sides, not sure if you have any quality control. To me I wasted the time to order, wait until it arrives immediately return to my local Walmart, now having to wait for a refund once it is returned to VP Outlet. Maybe I'm missing something, Walmart just lost the cost of a TV plus the shipping over poor Packaging, I lost wasted time and waiting for a refund. There was a total loss for Walmart. Poor performance from VP Outlet caused all of this, not sure if it's owned by Walmart but a total Loss and most likely never order a TV from Walmart again. Very disappointed with my purchase just because someone didn't take some common sense shipping a large screen TV. Still waiting for a refund.
