POOR SALES AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENTS YOU KNOW U TOOK PAYMENT THROUGHT PAYPAL, THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING PAYMENT ITS BEEN 15 DAYS 2DAY AND VIP TOOK PAYMENT I HAVE MY RECEIPT AND THEY NEED 2 COMPENSATE ME FOR MY BONUS POINTS AND TIME I HAVE BEEN WAITING..... UNBELIEVABLE...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
They are still doing it - putting you with robots intent on setting their partners nil which they could easily cover, or bidding one when they hold a hand of 6 - it really is tantamount to theft.Rather than wasting your time why don't they just take the chips at the start and cancel the game - it is so dishonest
I actually enjoyed this site until they recently added bots into EVERY game. I play daily and noticed the bots were incorporated a couple of weeks ago. Sometimes up to 3 bots at a time! Bots have absolutely NO strategy!! The fun on this site is gone. I have reached out to them on several occasions. I only get the response that they'll look into it. No change so far. Are they saving money by doing this? Sadly, it will have the opposite affect because I'm guessing people don't want to pay their hard-earned money to play a bunch of stupid bots! I can play bots for free on any site. Get it together VIP Spades or no more money from me!
This game is TERRIBLE! everything you read about the cheating is TRUE! Solo is full of players & bots that help each other. You can’t even statistically get the cards dealt to you in this game in real life! Then when you take a lead the game and system rigs the card dealt to you giving you the lowest possible books. It’s disgusting how bad the cheating is. I’ll never pay for this app! Global chat is full of moderators talking about aimlessly NOTHING! Have you read the global chat on this game? Sounds like a bunch of people with nothing better to do but have drama and make fake scenarios to look like it’s an active gaming community but really it’s the same 10-15 people chatting! They just work different shifts. Bots win most of the game. You get paired with players that are in the same club, same series of names letting you know. The player will legit take 10secs to deal a card only because they’re checking their card with other players in the game. It’s rigged, it’s not real spades and WHO spends 100 usd 50 USD to buy fake coins lol like be for real
Most recent update sits you down with a bot pretending to be a player. Would not be a problem if the bot used basic common sense rules, it does not - it actively tries to lose.This site is clearly run by thieving arrsewholes
9/12/2023My initial post to you was over 6 weeks ago.You don't seem to understand-or care. You have a real genuine fraud problem with your spades game.The cheating is nonstop. Any time I go to into a room, especially SOLO and look at the tables there are always 2-3 players there. Their win/loss % on at least 1-2 players is much lower. They support the third player, covering nils, bags, and bids. They take turns sacrificing their play and then split the earnings.On other tables one player may sit, and alerts the others when 'the victim' sits down. Same kind of play to get the one and two place finishes.They have a way of blending access to each others' accounts so they can take coin or give coin. I've lost track of players that message me offering coin for cash.These guys get on social media and brag about it, it's like a full time job for the players to cheat and share. They make a very good living doing this.For you to say "We would like to assure you that all players in the game are real players and we don't have team members who play against the players. You don't need to make in-game purchases - many of our players progress in the game only by playing and winning games." is not true. You cannot make any gains with 3 other players playing against you unless you have phenomenal cards. They don't even try to hide it, in fact, they chide you the whole game.This isn't entertainment. An investigation needs to be done. There IS corruption within your ranks and files and you need to stop looking the other way.I enjoy having a good game, win or lose. And I'm a good player, at times very good.But 90% of the game is cheating. Easy to tell who is helping who, so open about it. A picture means nothing, this could easily be a gang of guys with a system. You know, once the game starts..... I don't care how good your cards are, when 2 and 3 at the table gang up on one player.They're like predators, and they send 'special offers' through mail offering to sell 5 million coin for $30.to sell the coin they cheat people out of. How that transaction works I don't know nor am I bound to. IT HAS TO BE AN EMPLOYEE. I have written a number of times about this, and been ignored. Your spade game is a con, I'll never spend money on it. I suppose 50-60 million people plus can read about it on social media.
Yall don't honor what yall saying when yall email someone saying your gonna refund there's coins but don't your app freeze up alot and lags. Plus yall have very high outrageous coins prices. Don't waste your money on this game just play for fun because it is fixed. You be wasting money if you buy into it. When even your winning it is possible the other player will have doubles which are not possible by probability. Just play for fun but do not pay for it.
