My family is using them for first time for a long trip next month. Unfortunately, we are up for a rough start and I'll update this review with final thoughts after the trip.Their emails started flooding my Inbox in the last 10 days and every email is sent from a different person asking for the same old flight details. The frustration comes from the fact that no one knows what we paid for and they are trying to push downgraded services instead of honoring what was advertised in the booking. Also, the consistent ask for the exact same info makes me doubt the way they handle their customers.I'll be back to update...
