My experience with this brand has been among the most unprofessional and stressful customer service encounters I've had with any retailer. What began as a simple sizing inquiry escalated into an unnecessary mess because their customer service provided me with incorrect information right from the outset. They failed to review the clear photo I sent and immediately claimed the item was incorrect, then sent a replacement which only added to the confusion. When the owner became involved, the tone shifted to confrontational and inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging that the confusion stemmed from their team’s error, I received defensive replies, accusations, and completely inaccurate statements about the law. I acted in good faith throughout, yet the responses I received were not what any customer should ever have to endure. I had to revise this review after the company publicly stated they had “no record of me placing an order.” This is simply false. Prior to their statement, I had already forwarded the entire email chain to their support team—including an email from the owner accusing me of “fraud and theft” and threatening to charge my card within 24 hours. Since they claim publicly they don’t know who I am, I am sharing the exact email their owner sent me, word-for-word, so others can see the reality of the situation.
