Instead of acknowledging that the confusion stemmed from their team’s error, I received defensive replies, accusations, and completely inaccurate statements about the law. I acted in good faith throughout, yet the responses I received were not what any customer should ever have to endure. I had to revise this review after the company publicly stated they had “no record of me placing an order.” This is simply false. Prior to their statement, I had already forwarded the entire email chain to their support team—including an email from the owner accusing me of “fraud and theft” and threatening to charge my card within 24 hours. Since they claim publicly they don’t know who I am, I am sharing the exact email their owner sent me, word-for-word, so others can see the reality of the situation.

You are indeed correct that 'if the sizing had been checked properly, this entire situation would have been avoided'....which in all honesty, you failed to do. It was measured incorrectly by you and then you claimed incorrectly that we sent you the incorrect items, leaving an unjustified review which is now evident that it is completely untrue. In good faith we reshipped your order, even offering you an additional free product but it still comes to light we provided you with the correct item. So, please confirm which day this week we can collect your order, from Friday onwards. If you do not confirm this within 24 hours then we will charge you for the extra 2 items you have received, as you clearly will not commit to sending them back, which in short constitutes fraud and theft. Therefore I look forward to your cooperation to ensure the other 2 items not paid for are returned to us within their original condition...otherwise you will be charged. Please do just let me know which date is best for us to arrange for collection from you.
