This company's value proposition sounded like exactly what our healthcare start-up was looking for. They offer great material free of charge. BUT, multiple attempts at trying to schedule an introductory call with a human being have been unsuccessful. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Not sure how they can bring on new clients if their sales/marketing team can't even be bothered. I generally don't write reviews like this but felt it was needed here. How can I be assured that they won't continue being unresponsive after they take my money? In comparison, their competitors (believe me there are a LOT of them that are exceptional) with equally solid results got back to me within 24 hours and scheduled calls within a week. That's what you should expect. Keep looking for options other than this company.
