My Skool account was hacked, and an unauthorized $6,000 charge was made to my card within the 'Viral Coach' community. While Skool support was helpful in recovering my account, they informed me that refunds for course payments are handled by individual community admins. I was directed to contact Daniel viralcoach.com for a refund. I emailed Viral Coach support on Monday, September 1st, regarding this fraudulent transaction and am extremely concerned that as of Friday, September 5th, I have received no response or update, and the $6,000 charge remains on my card. This lack of response from Viral Coach is unacceptable, and I urge them to address this urgent matter and process my refund immediately.UPDATE(05-08-2025): The Team reached out and resolved this issue I am grateful thank you very much.
