I have had a horrendous experience with this company. I'm currently in legal disputes with their legal department, yes a dedicated legal team to enforce a contract more concerned with you paying the total of 30k USD, than the service or results you are experiencing. I liked the sales guy coming in, and one of the guys in my account is super nice and understood my frustrations, but the rest - refer to the contract and make it about paying in full and posting 300 videos under their guidelines, before tangible progress reports / strategy changes are even acknowledged. I am in the fitness niche and after buying all the film, camera and tech gear, downloading all the apps and recording and posting my first batch of videos, they have under-performed VS previous posts before hiring them. The team have directed me to type in mens fitness top of funnel scripts into RICK (their programmed chatgpt copy writer) and said "let's keep testing"After asking for some guidance on HOW things are going to start to turn around, view wise, I'm delayed 6 days to zoom with my account manager, who, like our onboarding call, rushes through broad concepts at 3X speed to get me off the zoom and back to "trusting the process". I haven't had ANY clarity around my content strategy since joining, which genuinely sucks, because that's their entire offer - "10 million views or you won't pay" "1-2 Hours a month to shoot content that replaces bloated ad spend" My experience was EXACTLY the opposite to what Daniel gloats about in he's marketing and what I've read by other users. I messaged Daniel directly on he's instagram and have been blocked. USERS BEWARE, another Aussie influencer I know had a similar experience with their legal focused approach when things weren't as promised, which I only found out AFTER I had signed their bogus contract. If you're going to hire these guys make sure they have a track record with your niche and openly discuss the contract before buying. The contract was only mentioned AFTER the sale was made and money exchanged. Verbal agreements made with the salesman will not be honoured and any requests for call recordings will be denied.
