I reached out to the support team, and they claimed I selected a sports offer (which was not mentioned during registration, although they showed me a form insisting I made that choice), so I couldn’t receive the free spins. I was told to wager another 10 pounds on sports to get free bets. I repeatedly explained I never chose sports and have no interest in it.
