4/5 had a musical + dinner experience to book & co-ordinate timings but there was a problem with the theatre side. Logging in with the codes etc was easy. Alas you cant talkt o anyway so i sent an Email & luckily Robyn Du Preez, responded. Thereafter Communications were always prompt & polite & you felt you were in safe hands with Robyn who got it sorted and then it was a breeze to book + pick seats. Thank you so much Robyn Du Preez ;-P J
Both me and my partner stayed the afternoon/evening here with Afternoon tea and the whole experience was Awesome. Manager Ed was kind enough to show us the VIP Suites and what a cool experience overall Hotel was outstanding a little Gem in my Home City of Edinburgh.
I had the pleasure of liaising with Caldwell. He was incredibly helpful, resolutive and patient
He managed to sort out all of my concerns and issues in a short amount of time and always come back to me very quickly. I'm very happy with the results and wanted to thank him for his support.

Treehouses were amazing ! What a unique different experience you cant find many places and the location was beautiful with so much to see and do nearby. Completely switched off from electric and phones etc that my family had the best quality time together weve had in a long time !
I can't recommend using Virgin for amazing experiences enough!
I have booked a number of experiences with them over the years and they have always been great experiences at an excellent price.
Things went a little wrong with my recent order, as I didn't receive the vouchers by email in a timely manner. I contacted the team by email and Ncebakazi responded and resolved the situation in minutes.
This was highly appreciated as the experiences were presents for Valentine's day (which is today!).
I'm looking forward to booking the experiences and knowing we will have a fantastic time, as we usually do!

My husband and I visited the spa on Friday 13th February 2026 and overall had a lovely experience. We unfortunately arrived late for our treatments, but the reception team and spa staff were so understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated.
We both had the Greenwoods facial and it was absolutely amazing — genuinely better than facials I’ve had at much more prestigious spas. It left our skin feeling incredible and was definitely the highlight of the visit.
The spa facilities themselves were nice — a good-sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The only downside was that we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi as a group of women were in there for over an hour. It would have been nice if people were a bit more mindful that others may also want to use the facilities.
The changing rooms, toilets, showers and locker area were all very clean, which is a big thing for me and made the experience much more comfortable.
Our voucher also included afternoon tea. If you’re vegetarian or have any dietary requirements, you need to pre-order — I reminded the lady at the bar and she informed the chef. We were offered tea or coffee but weren’t given a list of options, nor were we asked if we wanted refills or more sandwiches. The sandwiches were okay and the cakes were nice, but this was probably the only part of the experience that felt a little underwhelming. In hindsight, I think we would have preferred to choose the lunch instead.
Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience — especially the facial — with just a few small areas that could be improved.
Zaakir was extremely helpful, letting me exchange my voucher due to unforeseen circumstances with the vendor. The whole interaction with Zaakir was efficient and friendly. Such great customer service, I would recommend virgin experience days to anyone
Easy to book and such great fun! Buying through Virgin Experiences was around £20 cheaper than buying direct - winner! Only slight downside is you can't always get the time you would like but it was close so we were able to make it work with our other plans for the weekend.
The East England Land Rover experience day was fantastic. I learned so much about the capability of the Land Rover is that we used which translates into the one I have I cannot believe the capability of these vehicles. Highly recommend going on one of these adventure days it is amazing and good fun and also we learn what they can do.
