My partner and I were gifted a money voucher for Christmas. We finally decided what experience we wanted to do so , after adding some more money, bought the voucher for the experience. So far, so good. Unfortunately we have been trying to book since 5th March only to get the same message on Virgins website everyday - our booking system in temporarily unavailable.
We contacted customer services but their response was simply trying again a few days. A few days later same message, tried again today , 14th March, same message. I have now contacted customer service again but to ask a refund thus time as they are unable to provide the item we purchased. Also, the one time was able to at least start the booking process no matter what day or time i tried from now to October the only theatre seats available were in the very last 2 to 3 rows of the theatre, all with restricted views, and legroom. Not ideal when you are 6ft tall. Whislt not expecting premium seats i did expect a littlle more choice. Would not use again
