I called them to cancel my contract which is due to end on 24 April 2026. I gave them more than 30 days notice.
Instead of sending me a normal bill they sent me a bill up to the 24 May 2026. They haven't bothered to cancel it!!
Complete idiots now wasting my time having to call them.
