The most pathetic customer service. They can send a broadband box out in 24 hours but taking 17days and counting to port home phone. A current running tally of 4.75 hours on hold or talking to one of their 11 personnel to try to resolve - still nothing. Shocking customer service. It makes EIR look like the top benchmark customer service.Their price is competitive but to get to a properly functioning service defeats the whole model.Avoid as nobody should have to deal with that stress.
