Steer clear of this service. They charge excessively, and their customer support is the worst I've ever encountered. I informed them of my move two days before getting the keys to my new home on December 4th. An engineer visited to install the new box and cables three weeks ago. Now it's December 30th, and I still have no TV or Internet! I had to stay at my mother's place over Christmas with the kids because we couldn't move in without TV and Wi-Fi (as I work from home). The company showed no concern for how their delays disrupted our holiday plans. All of this due to a simple typo with the modem number in their system that should have been resolved weeks ago! I spoke to 16 different representatives, and none seemed to care. Avoid this service at all costs; it's the worst experience I've had.

I paid for a gigabyte of broadband, with my contract expiring in mid-January 2026. I've experienced several issues, including receiving less than half the speed I paid for. They offered me new packages with even lower speeds at a higher cost. After multiple attempts to clarify my contract terms, I received no useful information. Their lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I can't recommend this service.
I've been without internet since November 21st and have spent over 9 hours on the phone with them. A technician was supposed to come out, but no one showed up. After several calls and a missed appointment, I am still left without service. I'm extremely dissatisfied and wish I had never engaged with them.

This service provider must be considered the worst I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is ineffective, and when you finally reach someone, they are unhelpful. I was overcharged and will never return, even if they offer significantly lower prices than competitors.
Following my previous review, I received a response claiming there was a service outage, which was false. They scheduled an appointment that I had to reschedule due to work commitments. My service resumed without any notification from them. Despite multiple calls, I still have no clarity on why I was disconnected. Their communication and support processes are severely lacking.
