Horrendous customer service and network coverage. I rang up to cancel my contract as the network coverage is not existing and after waiting over 20mins in hold, they couldn't find any record of my account number, name, address or mobile number. However they are still able to charge my direct debit every month without fail. The resolution- call back again next week to see if we have found your details. I asked to be transferred to a complaint department, oh there's no one available, asked to speak to billing as if they can charge me surely they have my details, oh no not possible either. I've now escalated my complaint to com reg and cancelled my direct debit, I'm sure they will be able to find my account now when the payments stop. Would give 0 stars if I could
